These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of the NoteBuddy platform (“Service”) operated by NoteBuddy Pty Ltd (ACN 686 322 921) (“NoteBuddy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Support is provided only during Australian business hours.
5.1 You agree to pay all subscription fees in advance for the relevant billing period (monthly or annual).
5.2 Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of your billing cycle.
5.3 No refunds will be provided for unused time or mid-period cancellations.
5.4 We may adjust fees with at least 30 days’ notice. Price changes apply from your next billing cycle.
New users receive a 7-day free trial. After this, access requires a paid subscription. You can cancel during the trial at no charge.

11.2 All reports generated by NoteBuddy must be reviewed and finalised by the user. You accept full responsibility for the final output.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, outages, pandemics).
We will send notices to your registered email address. It is your responsibility to keep it up to date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
We may amend these Terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
